TenderCare Clinic Relocates
to Temporary Locations Because of Water Damage
Beginning Monday, February 24th, Dr. Southerland and Provider Peggy Edmonds will see patients at Dr. Southerland’s old office, 1181 Siloam Road beside the former location of St. Mary’s Hospital. The other TenderCare providers and TenderCare Pharmacy will see patients at the Specialty Center at Family Medical of Lake Oconee, 1040 Park Drive, located at the entrance to Harbor Club. TenderCare Pharmacy will be operational on Thursday, February 27, 2014. TenderCare Dental is unfortunately temporarily closed.
TenderCare CEO Lisa Brown stated, “We are so appreciative of the way that the community and state healthcare organizations have come together to support us during this disaster. St. Mary’s Good Samaritan Hospital provided lunch for all of our employees on the day of the disaster and continues to reach out to assist us in so many ways. I am so proud of our employees who have tirelessly worked to clean and organize so that we can open our doors at our temporary locations on Monday, February 24th. We will continue to provide world-class healthcare to our patients and we appreciate the community’s support during this temporary change in location.”
Please call 706.453.1201 if you have questions. Construction is underway and TenderCare’s downtown location will reopen as soon as possible. Family Medical at Lake Oconee and Family Medical of Milledgeville are operating as usual and can be reached at 706-453-4945 or 478-414-1414.
